Greek Mezedhes

 Firostefani, Santorini

Memory: watching the sunset on the Caldera while enjoying some signature Greek appetizers — tomato fritters, feta/tomato/onion saganaki, and feta baked in phyllo and honey.  All washed down with some tasty Santorini white wine.  The only thought in mind: “Life is good.”

    1. Hello Effi! It was amazingly delish…I still dream about those tomato fritters! And how did you know what type of wine it was? I now remember that on the bottle, but I forgot the name…you know your stuff for sure! :))
