Pancit – Chez Moo

I don’t often post photos of my native cuisine, but when I do, it’s something I cooked!

Pancit is a traditional noodle dish that can be modified to suit anybody’s tastes – from the different types of noodles (egg noodles, vermicelli, or a combination) you can use, to the different ingredients you can put in (pork, chicken, shrimp, veggies).  I like to put a little bit of everything in it and top it with lots and lots of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
